Jonathan Forman Award, American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM): 1992. This award is given in recognition to Dr. Rapp, who in the opinion of the Academy made outstanding contributions to the field of Environmental Medicine 

Herbert J. Rinkel Award, American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) 1994. The Herbert J. Rinkel award is given in recognition for excellence in teaching the techniques of Environmental Medicine
