We must all insist that we have a choice of honestly labelled foods so we can select what we want to eat or not eat. The lobbyists should not be able to push through laws that GMO or irradiated foods not be clearly labeled. If we allow out foods to be changed with genetic engineering we can be ruining our own food supply, indefinitely.

Read Seeds of Deception and Genetic Roulette by Dr. Jeff Smith. We simply cannot allow this to happen. Do not depend on someone else. Become proactive to save our precious food supply- as well as our air and water. Do not let big business decide what we can and cannot eat, breathe, or drink. We must be able to make informed choices. The bottom line is the lobbyists. Politicians must stop them- not say they will do it, but do it. They are deciding the health of future generations and their decisions are not based on what is good but what is financially rewarding for them.

Why Are We Still Exposed to 2,4D?

Israel has decided to ban some toxic nerve damaging pesticides. Many countries have already banned 2,4D, an herbicide, because it has been shown repeatedly to cause lymphomas (http://www.publichealth.va.gov/exposures/agentorange/conditions/nonhodgkinslymphoma.asp), a form of cancer. Why has the USA not banned this chemical? We need more whistle blowers in Washington to find out who is paying the lobbyists who are protecting the chemical industry by buying the votes of greedy politicians.

Want a Healthy Baby and Home?

Ever wonder why there are so many birth defective infants and so much autism? The average baby is now born with 278 chemicals in their blood and many of these are toxic or can cause cancer. The same chemicals are found in the mother and her breast milk.

Here are some practical things you can do in relation to your air, water and food. Months before conception, go organic, and make sure your home air is clean with an air purifier (call 602 574 7635 for more info), that you have a water purifier, and that as many of your foods as possible be GMO- and irradiation-free. Strive to make your home as chemically-free as you can with natural clothing, all natural cleaning materials (vinegar, baking soda and non scented Bon Ami, etc), If possible, buy organic mattresses (never the form fitting chemically laden ones. One smell and you can tell). Install natural carpets, pillows, cotton furniture stuffing, etc. Use only natural, non-toxic pest and/or weed control inside and outside. Make absolutely everything else you can possibly think of as natural as possible.

If molds are a problem or a cause of a wide range of symptoms, getting away from the mold can help some very rapidly. It sure can. If you have an allergy to scented substances, symptoms usually occur in seconds to minutes. At first, it might be one odor, but in time symptoms usually occur from many diverse smells. One perume can contain over a hundred ingredients and any of these can cause symptoms.

If you get sick, move far away from the aroma and try to breathe fresh air or oxygen. This usually helps quickly. Doctors who know Provocation/Neutralization (P/N) allergy treatment can sometimes treat a perfume sensitivity with an allergy extract, but avoidance is best.

Simple Bullying Advice

Practical information is rare. One answer not mentioned very often is to teach the bullied child as much as possible about self defense. If the child had friends, teach them too so they can assist if they are near when bullying begins. Maybe a sweatshirt in a certain color with the words- “don’t even think of it” might help.

Vaccines And Monkeys: Autistic-Like Reactions

A recent study reports that certain vaccines appear to cause or be associated with autistic -like characteristics in young monkeys. Sure we need more confirmation but think long and hard before you say “yes” to vaccines being used on your children at this time. I will not even give them to my dogs. Is GMO bad? Is It Ever!!!!

Please, do not go anywhere near GMO corn or soy. They will ruin humans in ways that cannot be reversed. Please read anything by Dr. Jeffrey Smith on GMOs. They are bad for you and your children and grandchildren, too.

We cannot damage humans at a cellular level and expect them to be normal. The stakes in this one are much too high and one-sided to believe what the highly vested interest agricultural industry is saying.

Reports indicate that PERFUMES CAN CAUSE MUCH MORE THAN A HEADACHE. They can harm and cause illness in “any” area of the body or brain. Many contain chemicals that are toxic and some can cause cancer. They are not monitored for safety because what they put into their bottles is a trade secret.

Something is wrong with this system. They can know that perfume causes cancer, and they are not able to tell us? What is our problem? Who is our government really protecting?

Pepsi’s ‘Next’ Drink Line Is Full Of Danger

After writing about the artificial sweeteners yesterday, I came across a story about PepsiCo and their new line of products called ‘Next’. According to the company, the drinks are being marketed to “a segment of consumers who are resistant to both regular, full-sugar cola and diet cola offerings. These consumers love the taste of Pepsi but they don’t believe you can achieve full-flavor taste with a diet cola. The launch of Pepsi NEXT is intended to fulfill this unmet need in the category.”

The way Pepsi plans on making this happen is by using less sugar while maintaining their trademark sweetness. In lieu of real sugar or strictly HFCS, the ‘Next’ generation of Pepsi has not just one dangerous sweetener, but it has FOUR sweeteners! It is slated to contain HFCS, aspartame, sucralose, and acesulfame potassium. AND to offset the extra sweetness, there is more sodium included compared to regular Pepsi.

Be more aware of what you are putting into your body and the bodies of your loved ones. Drink filtered water as much as you can. Read the ingredients list on the products you consume.
