Watch Your Perfumes…

Keep an eye on your perfumes and how you feel when you use them. They do not have to disclose what is in their scents because it is a trade secret. Some can contain many ingredients that can cause cancer, but they are not required to tell those who use their products.

If you or someone near you becomes sick after using your perfume — some might have an elevated heart rate, difficulty breathing, among many other symptoms — consider that something in the perfume might be bothersome. Long term effects such as cancer are very difficult to prove.

This and many more tips that could save your life can be found in my book, 32 Tips That Could Save Your Life.
